Data is encrypted in transit. You can request that data be deleted. Just updated the app and it's all over the place. If I want to enter time worked on Tuesday 26th, I'll select that date only for entry to come up as Monday 25th. This even happens if I select the first day of pay period, entry goes to the last day of the previous week.
